The only things other phones have that my P1i doesn't are better camera/flash and built-in GPS.
The camera isn't that big a deal and my Bluetooth GPS receiver and free (ahem) copy of TomTom are far better than what any other phone has.
I'll wait to see what Android has to offer whilst continuing to laugh at Apple fanboys and their pathetic toy.

Three years ago I had an iMate K-jam. The XPERIA is a redesign, with one added value, a new HOME user interface on top of the WM one. However, I sure hope the reset button is placed in a convenient location for frequent use. The problem is WM not the device.
I sure hope SonyEricsson do well in competing with Samsumg Omnnia "the iPhone like WM device".
Anyway, i thought and rethought, and since I am a businessman, and a gadget addict,the only alternative would be to wait another year for a WIMAX WIFI GPS front QWERTY symbian device to appear. Nokia already implemented WIMAX on the T810, a concept similar to XPERIA without the phone.
The future is near, in the mean time, try out the NOKIA E71 if you want to simplify your life, no touch, but slim WIFI GPS device for business.
For me, I have my own GDesk front page on the p1i, and that's all I need, the device lets me set appointments, assingn tasks, and write notes, I can also do VOIP calls with fring, and post blogs with google B.
Take it easy, or if you have the money and the spare time, hell with it, keep jumping ships.
